About the role
The Senior Payroll Analyst processes and reconciles payroll for the US and Canada, supporting global payroll functions. They collaborate with multiple teams to enhance payroll automation, reporting, and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Process payroll for US, Canada, and Brazil using Workday and CloudPay. • Review payroll reports monthly, quarterly, and yearly. • Maintain payroll accuracy and SOX compliance. • Partner with Accounting, Benefits, Equity, and HR teams. • Support payroll projects and process improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. • 4+ years payroll operations experience. • Authorized to work in the US permanently. • Experience with Workday Payroll preferred. • Strong organizational and communication skills.
