What you’ll do
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle globally. • Prepare employment contracts and documentation. • Administer leaves and benefits across countries. • Maintain accurate HRIS data and ensure compliance. • Lead People Operations projects from scoping to delivery.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in People or HR Operations. • Strong knowledge of UK and European labor laws. • Experience with onboarding, offboarding, and leave administration. • Hands-on with HRIS, ideally ADP Workforce Now. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
