About the role
Manage onboarding for Claude Corps fellows from offer to employment completion. Coordinate payroll, benefits, and maintain accurate records.
What you’ll do
• Manage onboarding for each cohort including offer tracking and benefits enrollment. • Track employment steps and deadlines ensuring readiness. • Maintain onboarding tracker and escalate issues. • Serve as primary contact for onboarding questions. • Maintain records and improve onboarding processes.
What you’ll bring
• Experience coordinating high-volume onboarding or HR processes. • Familiarity with HRIS or PEO systems. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Clear, warm communication skills. • Work authorization for the US.
