About the role
Build and scale a global People Operations function delivering exceptional employee experiences and automating processes. Own improvement initiatives with HR technology expertise and cross-functional partnership.
What you’ll do
• Own onboarding, promotions, transfers, leaves and offboarding. • Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT and Legal. • Maintain global processes across US, Australia, Canada and Poland. • Serve as UKG Ready functional expert and support AI automation. • Lead People Operations projects and mentor colleagues.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with HR technology and automation tools. • Strong operational judgment and cross-functional collaboration. • Ability to maintain global compliance and data confidentiality. • Work authorization for US or relevant countries. • Senior individual contributor with project leadership skills.
