About the role
Support employee relations, performance management, and scalable people practices in a remote-first organization. Partner with leaders and teams to drive high performance and effective people programs.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary contact for employee relations and performance concerns. • Coach managers on feedback, performance management, and documentation. • Advise leaders on people-related risks and decisions. • Support performance management and talent planning. • Partner on compensation cycles and offboarding processes.
What you’ll bring
• 7–10+ years HR experience, 5+ years as HR Business Partner. • Strong business judgment and leadership partnership skills. • Experience in employee relations and manager coaching. • Comfortable in fast-paced, remote-first environment. • Work authorization for USA required.
