About the role
Manage complex commercial auto physical damage and motor truck cargo claims from investigation to resolution. Provide tactical guidance and ensure world-class claims outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Investigate and resolve complex commercial auto physical damage claims. • Evaluate motor truck cargo losses and related documentation. • Manage total-loss, salvage, and mitigation activities. • Develop claim action plans and coordinate external resources. • Serve as senior technical resource and mentor others.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years auto physical damage claims experience. • Active Adjuster’s License and ability to maintain state licenses. • Advanced knowledge of commercial auto and cargo coverage. • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle damage evaluation and repair. • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
