Senior Procurement Closeout Specialist

About the role
Manage federal government contract closeouts and procurement lifecycle. Coordinate funding, invoicing, and acquisition planning for government projects.
What you’ll do
• Facilitate proper closeout of federal contracts and interagency agreements. • Coordinate fund allocation at contract end across offices and agencies. • Validate and document final invoices. • Track and communicate closeout progress to leaders. • Prepare and submit new procurement packages for solicitation and award.
What you’ll bring
• U.S. citizenship required. • 7+ years government contract closeout or administration experience. • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). • Experience with PRISM and Deltek/Delphi invoicing reconciliation. • BS in Business Administration or equivalent.
