About the role
Design and improve the product foundations across Tremendous' dashboard and recipient experience. Own and enhance the design system, setting a high standard for UX and UI.
What you’ll do
• Raise product craft across dashboard and recipient experience. • Own and improve the design system with clear documentation. • Set vision for product foundations and UX/UI direction. • Cover small projects from pods without designers. • Partner with engineer to prototype and implement designs.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years product design experience with B2B products. • Strong visual design, UI, and motion skills. • Experience owning and improving design systems. • Experience with information architecture and product vision. • Work authorization for Americas region.
