About the role
Lead product management for Workflows at Customer.io, focusing on turning customer signals into impactful products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch products that drive customer and business outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Identify and validate customer problems using research and AI tools. • Rapidly prototype and test hypotheses to de-risk ideas. • Lead cross-functional planning aligning Engineering, Design, and business. • Drive feature strategy and influence product roadmaps. • Define success metrics and track product adoption and engagement.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS or automation platforms. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making. • Ability to lead feature development independently. • Experience with AI-powered tooling in product workflows. • Technical background with web applications and APIs. • Work authorization for LATAM, Canada, or USA.
