About the role
Manage complex IT and software consulting projects from initiation through delivery and closure. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and global customers to complete projects on time and within budget.
What you’ll do
• Manage large-scale commercial projects and executive stakeholder communications. • Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve customer problems. • Drive improvements to project management tools, processes, and templates. • Summarize key customer projects monthly and for quarterly business reviews. • Manage delivery schedules, scope, resources, risks, and issues for services.
What you’ll bring
• Experience managing complex IT or software consulting projects. • Ability to manage scope, schedules, resources, and executive-level reporting. • Strong relationship building and escalation management skills. • Knowledge of project management and software delivery methods. • Work authorization for UK or remote eligibility.
