About the role
Manage property-level accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for real estate portfolios. Ensure accuracy of financial records and support monthly and annual close activities.
What you’ll do
• Prepare monthly income statements and financial reports. • Review general ledger for discrepancies. • Prepare cash flow forecasts and budgets. • Reconcile mortgage balances quarterly. • Coordinate with team and stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. • 3-5 years accounting experience in property management or real estate. • Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Work authorization for Philippines.
