About the role
Lead complex proposal responses globally, managing cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment. Drive proposal quality and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
• Lead end-to-end management of complex proposal responses. • Facilitate bid qualification and pursuit decisions. • Manage proposal planning and stakeholder coordination. • Develop and refine compliant, compelling proposal responses. • Support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in high-volume proposal writing environment. • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. • APMP certification or equivalent. • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Adobe, proposal software. • Work authorization for Canada.
