About the role
Develop, implement, and oversee quality control and assurance frameworks across production and operations. Ensure compliance with company specifications, statutory regulations, and international quality standards.
What you’ll do
• Develop and enforce SOPs and quality manuals. • Supervise in-process checks and product verification. • Lead internal audits and coordinate regulatory inspections. • Identify quality issues and drive corrective actions. • Train junior staff on quality awareness and compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in relevant science or engineering. • 3 to 6 years quality assurance experience in manufacturing or FMCG. • Professional certifications in ISO, GMP, HSE, or Six Sigma preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with NAFDAC and SON regulations.
