About the role
Lead development and delivery of global quality training programs and certification for quality specialists and vendors. Manage training strategy, curriculum, and competency assessments to improve quality standards.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement global quality training strategy. • Lead Factory Certified Auditor program and Train-the-Trainer framework. • Coach and certify Quality Specialists as trainers. • Manage end-to-end FCA certification program. • Design and deliver training for internal and external teams.
What you’ll bring
• Tertiary qualification in textiles or related field. • 7+ years in apparel or technical product quality. • Experience designing and delivering training. • Hands-on with auditor qualification programs. • Strong English communication skills.
