About the role
This 12-month contract role supports recruiting efforts by sourcing, coordinating, and partnering with hiring teams. You will help maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring process.
What you’ll do
• Build and execute sourcing strategies. • Conduct candidate outreach and nurture pipelines. • Support interview scheduling and coordination. • Partner with hiring managers on recruiting priorities. • Maintain data hygiene in ATS and recruiting tools.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years recruiting experience in tech environment. • Experience sourcing and managing candidates. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to work in fast-changing environments. • Work authorization for USA.
