About the role
Lead remediation initiatives and support global compliance and AML governance at Binance. Act as liaison between global and regional compliance teams and oversee financial crime risk management.
What you’ll do
• Drive remediation initiatives across Compliance and GMLRO office. • Engage in special projects linking global and regional Compliance. • Support Compliance governance forums and oversight programs. • Prepare program and board reporting for global/local entities. • Oversee obligation mapping and horizon scanning for Financial Crime risks.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years experience including 3+ in financial crime compliance/AML. • Experience building AML governance frameworks and assurance programs. • Handled SARs/STRs, high-risk decisions, regulatory investigations. • Deep knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks and FATF standards. • Background in global crypto exchange, bank, or payments company. • Work authorization for Singapore or UAE or remote as applicable.
