About the role
Lead the design and automation of risk and fraud investigation tools to improve agent workflows and decision quality. Drive tooling roadmap, user experience, and AI-assisted automation to enhance operational efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end agent experience for risk and fraud workflows. • Translate operational needs into business requirements and user stories. • Define vision for unified risk workbench with UX research. • Identify and prioritize automation opportunities using AI. • Lead cross-functional collaboration and communicate roadmaps.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in operations, program or product management. • 5+ years in fraud, payment risk, or investigations. • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred. • Proven success writing business requirements and user stories. • Experience with UX testing and cross-functional collaboration. • Strong analytical skills, SQL a plus.
