About the role
Support rotordynamics of turbomachinery for Solar's gas compressor product line. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and validate new rotordynamic solutions.
What you’ll do
• Perform lateral rotordynamic analysis of gas compressors. • Support rotordynamic prediction improvements via CFD analysis. • Collaborate on new product development programs. • Support compressor development and validation tests. • Provide field and manufacturing vibration troubleshooting.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • Experience in turbomachinery design and analysis. • Knowledge of lateral and torsional rotordynamics. • Knowledge of steady-state and transient CFD analysis. • Work authorization without visa sponsorship.
