About the role
Manage enterprise customers to increase adoption of Eyefinity’s SaaS platform and maximize business value. Strengthen client relationships using product and industry expertise.
What you’ll do
• Manage high-profile multi-location accounts. • Monitor key accounts and escalate issues. • Provide consultative expertise and workflow recommendations. • Develop and maintain account success plans. • Act as voice of customer for product development.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 4+ years account management experience. • 4+ years retail/operations in optical industry. • Expertise in Eyefinity products and services. • Ability to travel and work remotely with engagement.
