About the role
Drive direct-to-consumer sales by managing pipeline and closing prospects over the phone. Guide prospects into life-changing care with consultative sales techniques.
What you’ll do
• Make scheduled outbound calls and close prospects on first conversation. • Follow up with interested potential customers. • Present program options including insurance and cash-pay pricing. • Respond to inbound calls, SMS, email, and chats. • Manage full sales cycle from lead to enrollment.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years inside sales experience, phone-based. • Proven success closing DTC sales in health or wellness. • Strong track record of beating quotas. • Understanding of sales strategy and metrics. • Must live in the USA.
