Senior Sales Engineer

About the role
Serve as the technical expert for enterprise partners, bridging technical and business conversations. Support and expand Alpaca's enterprise partner base with strong API knowledge.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical support and relationship management for enterprise customers. • Partner with Sales and Solutions teams on pre-sales technical discussions. • Guide new enterprise customers through API integration and onboarding. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve localized experiences. • Own technical sales engagement end-to-end including demos and RFPs.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years supporting enterprise/B2B customers in sales or solutions engineering. • Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, and software integration workflows. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts simply. • Self-starter who manages multiple assignments independently. • Experience with APIs, WebSockets, Postman, Grafana, and JSON.
