About the role
Lead the design and delivery of multi-quarter sales programs to drive revenue growth. Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute pipeline generation and acceleration initiatives.
What you’ll do
• Design and own quarterly sales programs end-to-end. • Align marketing, BDR, enablement, and partners to operating cadence. • Build and maintain program operating model. • Identify pipeline and revenue gaps with sales leadership. • Measure program impact and produce attribution analysis.
What you’ll bring
• Proven enterprise field sales or strategic account management experience. • Strong cross-functional influence without authority. • Deep understanding of enterprise GTM motion. • Structured program-level thinking and execution. • Executive presence with senior GTM leadership. • Work authorization for US remote role.
