About the role
Recruit top sales talent across EMEA for Samsara's expanding UK Mid-Market team. Own sourcing, assessment, and pipeline management to fuel sales growth.
What you’ll do
• Self-source and engage candidates using advanced recruiting tools. • Conduct deep-dive sales assessments and evaluate discovery mechanics. • Deliver high-quality pipelines across UK, France, Germany, Netherlands. • Own data on response and passthrough rates for hiring decisions. • Partner with Sales leadership on hiring strategies.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in fast-paced recruiting agency or in-house SaaS sales recruiting. • Proven success recruiting in UK and at least one other European market. • Ability to assess elite sales talent and understand sales methodologies. • Legal right to work in the specified location. • Data-driven and structured approach to recruiting.
