About the role
Oversee and coordinate construction activities across project sites ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence. Manage construction teams and subcontractors in high-end residential and real estate developments.
What you’ll do
• Oversee daily construction activities per approved drawings. • Coordinate site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. • Ensure manpower, materials, and equipment availability. • Monitor site progress and achieve project milestones. • Enforce site safety regulations and HSE policies.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Building Engineering. • Minimum 10 years construction and site engineering experience. • Professional registration with COREN is an advantage. • Strong knowledge of structural works and construction methods. • Ability to interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
