About the role
Own the reliability and production behavior of Xplor's AI agent platform. Ensure safe, scalable, and cost-effective AI operations for multi-tenant SaaS.
What you’ll do
• Define SLOs and error budgets for agent APIs and background work. • Own AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Spacelift. • Build observability with Datadog, Coralogix, OpenTelemetry. • Ensure data store resilience and disaster recovery. • Lead incident response and run game days.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in SRE, DevOps or platform engineering. • Strong AWS and Terraform experience. • Experience with SLO-based alerting and observability tools. • Hands-on PostgreSQL operations skills. • Legal authorization to work in the US.
