About the role
Build and maintain backend systems for Flex's AI-native private bank. Drive creation of financial products and experiences for business owners.
What you’ll do
• Own large domains and features related to card processing and ledgering. • Develop, design, and maintain Flex's platform and services. • Architect scalable, secure services and data models. • Lead and mentor engineers in planning, development, and testing. • Be on call to solve problems and support servicing team.
What you’ll bring
• Proficiency in NodeJS, Typescript, and server design. • Experience with scalable, low-latency asynchronous systems. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • 4+ years shipping high-quality products at scale. • Work authorization for Canada, US, or Colombia.
