About the role
Own product and technical problems end-to-end across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI pipeline. Work directly with founders and grant-writing team to build and improve the platform.
What you’ll do
• Own features end-to-end from discovery to production. • Turn ambiguous problems into clear technical plans. • Advance AI pipeline with prompt engineering and cost control. • Operate and debug live production environment. • Make architecture decisions and shape engineering standards.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years senior engineering experience. • Start-up or scale-up experience. • Proficient with TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres. • Confident with Next.js, React Query, Express, AWS. • Hands-on AI pipeline production experience. • Fluent English communication.
