About the role
Evaluate AI coding agents like OpenAI Codex and Claude Code for engineering quality and judgment. Provide detailed feedback on AI-generated coding interactions without writing production code.
What you’ll do
• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end to end. • Judge outputs for usefulness and engineering alignment. • Assess quality of explanations and reasoning. • Provide clear, opinionated written feedback. • Help define standards for AI coding tools.
What you’ll bring
• Senior or equivalent engineering experience. • Strong TypeScript/JavaScript or Python skills. • Experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code or Cursor. • Strong written and spoken English (B2 or above). • Comfortable giving direct, opinionated feedback.
