What you’ll do
• Design reliable systems processing large volumes of data. • Use AI coding tools with clear specs and critical review. • Build shared AI workflows and review standards. • Evaluate and share new tools and models. • Write architecture documentation. • Understand customer needs and prioritize features.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years software engineering experience. • Experience with AI coding agents. • Judgment to catch AI output errors. • Track record scaling systems. • Strong architectural skills. • Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
