About the role
Develop and maintain Linux-based airborne software architectures for defence platforms. Integrate mission systems, autopilots, and companion computers for autonomous operations.
What you’ll do
• Architect and develop Linux-based companion computer software. • Integrate software using C++ and Python with Git and Gerrit. • Design APIs and IPC for hardware and autopilot communications. • Perform code reviews and mentor team members. • Collaborate with flight test and hardware teams.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field. • 5+ years in C++ and Python software development on Linux. • Experience with Gerrit and Git version control. • Expertise in autopilot systems integration. • Eligible for required security clearance.
