About the role

What you’ll do
• Design and develop concurrent, distributed backend services. • Drive architectural contributions and technical decisions. • Lead performance optimization and diagnose system issues. • Develop and test new features with high quality. • Mentor junior engineers and provide on-call support.
What you’ll bring
• Strong programming skills in Go (Golang). • Experience with enterprise-grade systems at scale. • Knowledge of concurrent, distributed architectures. • Experience with containerized, cloud-native environments. • Work authorization for Poland or remote.
