About the role
Lead verification and validation activities for regulated medical device software in bioinformatics and clinical diagnostics. Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance with IEC 62304 and ISO 13485 standards.
What you’ll do
• Own V&V activities for software portfolio. • Align testing with IEC 62304 and ISO 13485. • Design and execute NGS bioinformatics pipeline tests. • Maintain test protocols and documentation. • Manage V&V cadence and prioritization.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in regulated medical device software V&V. • 3+ years testing NGS bioinformatics pipelines. • 2+ years cloud testing experience (AWS or GCP). • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 design controls. • Experience in bioinformatics or computational biology. • Work authorization for US.
