About the role
Lead technical implementations of Alloy's Transaction Monitoring product and support client success. Manage post-sales technical relationships and solutions.
What you’ll do
• Lead Transaction Monitoring client implementations. • Propose technical architectures and product solutions. • Manage rule-building process for clients. • Collaborate with Engineering on data ingestion. • Mentor other Solutions Architects.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in technical product implementation. • Experience with transaction monitoring or AML systems. • Strong problem-solving and client management skills. • Experience with REST APIs and ETL processes. • Work authorization required.
