About the role
Guide customers through onboarding, migration, configuration, and optimization of Sonatype products. Provide delivery leadership and support within the Solutions Delivery Engineering team.
What you’ll do
• Provide delivery leadership and support within the team. • Act as escalation point for complex engagements. • Mentor other engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing. • Improve service templates and delivery standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring
• US Citizenship required. • 8+ years in DevOps, cloud engineering, or software delivery. • Knowledge of repository management and CI/CD tools. • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Experience leading customer engagements and delivery teams.
