About the role
The Senior Solutions Engineer leads technical pre-sales activities to deliver the best product fit and build customer trust. They partner with sales to design, demonstrate, and propose innovative communication solutions.
What you’ll do
• Partner with Account Executives on pre-sales activities. • Lead technical and product sales to help customers succeed. • Design and present innovative technical solutions. • Build engaging customer product demonstrations. • Contribute to Solutions Engineering community.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years pre-sales or 3+ years technical customer-facing experience. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to understand customer communication needs. • Experience with backend or web development technologies. • Bachelor’s or Master’s in technical discipline or equivalent.
