About the role
Lead security and infrastructure efforts for CivilGrid's cloud platform and reliability. Own and grow the security program while collaborating across teams.
What you’ll do
• Embed security into SDLC and infrastructure decisions. • Run security program including SOC 2 readiness and audits. • Define policies for identity, secrets, and data handling. • Lead incident response for security and reliability events. • Contribute to AWS environment and reliability practices.
What you’ll bring
• 5-8 years in product or platform security engineering. • Experience with SOC 2 program and auditor coordination. • Deep AWS knowledge including VPC, ECS, RDS, IAM. • Experience with vulnerability management and fixes. • Work authorization for US employment.
