About the role
Lead the Client team to own the client and family experience outside therapy sessions. Manage product strategy and roadmap for client engagement and aftercare.
What you’ll do
• Own product strategy and roadmap for non-clinical client experience. • Lead cross-functional pod of engineering, design, and vendors. • Partner with internal teams to solve friction points. • Define and track success metrics. • Manage AI and communications vendors.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years product management experience. • Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered products. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical skills with SQL/BI tools. • Work authorized in the US and bilingual English proficiency. • Hybrid schedule with NYC office commute.
