Manage and grow Garner's small group employer clients as a trusted strategic partner. Drive improved revenue retention and key performance indicators for assigned accounts.
What you’ll do
• Retain and upsell small group employer clients. • Collaborate with Client Success Manager for client satisfaction. • Serve as strategic partner on plan design and cost trends. • Manage key broker and client relationships. • Partner with teams to deliver value and ROI reports.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in employee benefits sales or account management. • Knowledge of fully insured and self-funded health plans. • Proven retention and upsell success. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Work authorization for USA.
