About the role
Lead deployment and adoption of Samsara's IoT solutions for enterprise customers. Manage customer relationships and ensure successful implementation of technology.
What you’ll do
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large customers. • Create launch plans and increase product usage. • Track implementation progress and account health. • Run training sessions and demonstrate technology. • Work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experience.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in technology consulting or implementation. • Experience with enterprise SaaS preferred. • Strong executive stakeholder management skills. • Excellent consultative and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
