What you’ll do
• Own and grow strategic HCM partnerships. • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities. • Build business cases and partnership proposals. • Execute joint go-to-market plans. • Negotiate partnership terms and manage agreements.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in strategic alliances or B2B SaaS sales. • Ability to travel 30%. • Experience with UKG and/or Dayforce preferred. • Proven track record meeting revenue targets. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Work authorization for USA required.
