About the role
Lead cross-functional R&D programs to launch and enhance clinical diagnostic products. Manage risks, dependencies, and deliver updates to leadership.
What you’ll do
• Drive cross-functional programs for new and existing clinical products. • Partner with R&D, business, operations, and engineering teams. • Lead all product development phases from concept to post-launch. • Develop and maintain program documentation and reports. • Manage up to 4 programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related technical discipline or equivalent. • Minimum 4 years program management in biotech or regulated industry. • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) required. • Must have US work authorization. • Experience with FDA Design Controls and regulated environments preferred.
