About the role
Work in a project team designing high voltage substations. Prepare detailed substation drawings and plans.
What you’ll do
• Prepare substation general arrangement drawings. • Create electrical equipment plans and section views. • Develop detailed bill of material and grounding plans. • Interpret vendor information into design deliverables. • Perform walkdowns at client facilities.
What you’ll bring
• 12 years substation physical design experience. • Associate’s Degree in Drafting or equivalent. • Proficient with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation. • Ability to visualize parts in 3D without computer. • Must have Canadian work authorization and meet US export control citizenship.
