About the role

What you’ll do
• Own engagement and value management for up to 5 government accounts. • Develop deep understanding of government accounts and strategic objectives. • Lead complex program management with multiple partners. • Drive product adoption, satisfaction, and retention. • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product and sales strategies.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years healthcare technology customer-facing experience. • 4+ years federal government or contractor experience. • Proven strategic program and project management skills. • Ability to build trust-based customer relationships. • Work authorization for USA only.
