About the role
Collaborate with strategic enterprise accounts and product teams to solve complex technical issues. Design and run operational processes to monitor top customers and support 24x7 response.
What you’ll do
• Be technical expert for OpenAI API platform. • Identify and implement automation to scale support. • Configure monitoring and alerting workflows. • Contribute to reliability reviews and incident response. • Analyze metrics and recommend improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • 8+ years in technical operations or SRE roles. • Experience with monitoring, alerting, observability practices. • Proven incident response leadership for high-severity outages. • Strong scripting/software engineering skills. • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
