About the role
Lead HBM and LPDDR system integration and bringup for next-generation SoCs. Resolve system-level memory challenges across silicon, package, software, and testing.
What you’ll do
• Drive HBM and LPDDR system integration and bringup. • Own memory performance, power, thermal, and reliability closure. • Lead post-silicon margining, VF shmoo, eye, and correlation work. • Debug memory training, calibration, SI/PI, and stability issues. • Define validation and characterization plans across chip programs.
What you’ll bring
• BS or MS in EE/CE or equivalent experience. • 12+ years in HBM, LPDDR, or high-speed memory systems. • Hands-on silicon bringup, characterization, and debug experience. • Deep knowledge of SI/PI, timing, margining, and memory training. • Work authorization for United States.
