About the role
Manage Workday implementation and support for Talent Acquisition systems. Resolve issues and improve recruiting processes.
What you’ll do
• Partner with Workday project team for testing and implementation. • Coordinate user acceptance testing and issue resolution. • Support and improve Workday post go-live. • Resolve system issues in Greenhouse and ChartHop. • Track recurring issues and recommend improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with Workday and recruiting systems. • Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills. • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. • Experience handling support tickets and requests. • Ability to analyze data discrepancies and root causes.
