What you’ll do
• Own day-to-day Greenhouse and recruiting systems operations. • Maintain recruiting data accuracy and reporting quality. • Streamline and automate recruiting processes. • Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards. • Drive recruiting operations projects from scoping to implementation.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in Recruiting or TA Operations. • Strong hands-on experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS. • Experience with recruiting data and process improvement. • Ability to manage projects independently. • Work authorization for Hong Kong or remote work.
