About the role
Design and supervise employee wellness, benefits, HR policies, and compensation management programs. Ensure integrated, equitable, compliant, and financially sustainable employee value propositions.
What you’ll do
• Design and refresh wellness and wellbeing strategies. • Develop and oversee health and HMO programs. • Design and maintain benefits and recognition programs. • Lead HR policy design and governance. • Support compensation management and job evaluation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related. • 5+ years experience in Total Rewards or HR policy. • Knowledge of benefits, wellness, compensation, HRIS. • HR/Total Rewards certification is an advantage. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
