About the role
Join EPAM Systems as a Senior Web Application Security Engineer to support and enhance web application protection and security operations. Collaborate closely with the security team to manage and improve security posture.
What you’ll do
• Configure and maintain Web Application Firewall rules using Akamai. • Participate in security incident handling and resolution. • Review WAF configurations and security policies. • Analyze attack patterns and vulnerabilities. • Support integration of security processes across teams.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years experience with Akamai WAF products. • Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and DDoS mitigation. • Experience with WAF rule tuning and incident response. • Ability to work independently and in a team. • Proficiency in English communication.
