Service Coordinator

About the role
Coordinate and manage field service work orders from request to completion ensuring timely delivery and communication. Support a 24/7 service environment handling routine and emergency requests.
What you’ll do
• Receive and prioritize service requests. • Schedule qualified technicians and vendors. • Monitor service progress and resolve issues. • Communicate with customers and teams. • Maintain accurate work order documentation.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or equivalent. • At least one year customer service experience. • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
